1. Communication & Lead Generation
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided call lists and scripts to generate interest in our products or services.
Handle inbound calls from prospective clients and provide information about the company's offerings.
Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to assess the customer's needs and purchasing capacity.
Accurately schedule meetings, demonstrations, or appointments for the field sales or senior sales team.
2. Customer Service & Relationship Management
Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous manner during all phone interactions.
Follow up on previous customer inquiries, warm leads, or prior contact attempts.
Address customer doubts and manage basic objections effectively and professionally.
Escalate complex customer issues or technical queries to the appropriate department.
3. Data Management & Reporting
Accurately record all call information, outcomes, and detailed customer feedback into the CRM system or database.
Maintain and update call lists and customer contact information regularly.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for call volume, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
Prepare daily reports summarizing call activity and lead status for the team supervisor.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Essential
Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in a telecalling, telesales, call center, or customer service role.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in [Specify language, e.g., English, Hindi, Regional language] with a clear and professional phone voice.
Technical: Basic proficiency with computer systems and data entry.
Desirable
Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
