Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales leads, presenting our products/services to prospective clients, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and other lead generation methods.
Research and identify potential clients and their needs.
Qualify leads to determine their potential as customers.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and requirements through effective questioning and active listening.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Sales Process Management:
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales support, and other relevant departments.
Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Product Knowledge & Market Awareness:
Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products, services, and pricing.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the company regarding customer needs, market demands, and competitive landscape.
Customer Service & Post-Sales Support:
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
