Experience - Minimum 5 years of Experience working in R&D department in auto component industry engaged in manufacturing of metal to rubber bonding components.



Job Description –

Ø APQP Development - Conduct feasibility study for manufacturing and testing and identify resource requirement

Ø Iterations till Product handover to PE

Ø Capex to WCR [PROTO] - Follow APQP guidelines during proto development and ensure target dates for sample submission.

Ø Revenue generation - Monitoring of business generated due to new Products.

Ø Customer Satisfaction specifically on quality and timely response

Ø Tooling GIRN to WCR - Identify suitable Tool and Dies makers, Prepare time plan for all parts after getting proto approval from NPD, Submit PPAP documents to customer after verification.

Ø Learn new technics in design of product, tools and dies for continuous improvement in product performance and cost optimization.
