Responsibilities:
Office Maintenance & Cleanliness:
Ensure the office premises, including common areas, meeting rooms, and workstations, are kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
Handle general cleaning tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, and mopping designated areas.
Manage waste disposal and ensure dustbins are emptied regularly.
Mail & Courier Management:
Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and couriers to the respective departments or individuals.
Prepare outgoing mail and packages for dispatch, including basic packing and labeling.
Run errands such as delivering documents to local banks, post office, or other businesses as required.
Refreshment Services:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff, visitors, and during meetings.
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the pantry area, including utensils and appliances.
Manage pantry stock and request replenishments as needed.
Office Support & Assistance:
Assist staff with photocopying, scanning, printing, and binding documents.
Organize and maintain office files, documents, and stationery supplies.
Assist in arranging and setting up meeting rooms for presentations or client visits.
Provide general assistance to office staff as needed.
Inventory Management (Basic):
Monitor and report on the stock levels of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
Assist in receiving and organizing new office supplies deliveries.
Adherence to Procedures:
Follow all office rules, safety guidelines, and company policies.
Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful demeanor at all times.
Local Communication:
Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues, visitors, and external parties. Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is essential for daily interactions. Basic English understanding is a plus.
