Core Responsibilities
1. Strategic Prospecting & Lead Generation
Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new market segments, target customers, and potential business opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy.
Lead Identification: Generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, social selling, and targeted outreach campaigns.
Qualification: Qualify leads rigorously to determine their fit, needs, and budget, ensuring a high-quality sales pipeline.
2. Relationship Management & Sales Cycle
Client Engagement: Initiate contact and build long-term, trusting relationships with potential and existing high-value clients and stakeholders.
Needs Analysis: Deeply understand client challenges and requirements, and effectively articulate the company's value proposition and product/service solutions to meet those needs.
Presentations & Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and comprehensive, customized business proposals.
Negotiation & Closure: Lead the negotiation of contracts, terms, and pricing to successfully close complex business deals and secure new revenue.
3. Reporting & Collaboration
Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and customer database using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Performance Reporting: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and prepare regular sales forecasts and activity reports for senior management.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and the Product/Service teams to relay market feedback and client needs.
