Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, from initial contact and qualification to closing deals.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets set by the management.
Negotiation: Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales agreements.
2. Client Relationship Management
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough discovery meetings to understand client needs, pain points, and business objectives.
