Inspecting parts for defects such as scratches, cracks, or other damage before they are placed into the assembly process
Installing SMT components using hand tools such as soldering irons or tweezers
Following company policies regarding waste disposal and recycling of materials
Installing SMT machines by connecting them to power sources and making any mechanical adjustments before using them
Cleaning workstations and equipment before and after production runs to ensure that the assembly line is always ready for new work
Working with engineers to design new products or troubleshoot existing products for defects
Installing and repairing other electronics components such as resistors and capacitors
