Planning & Procurement:
• Get the monthly production plan from PPC and make procurement plan. Arrange & provide material as per production schedule.
• Prepare Monthly procurement budget & submit to the Management for approval.
• Purchasing of Pulses and hole pulses

Costing & Approval:
• Prepare costing for new material and submit the same for approval of Management within give schedule.

Inventory Management:
• Monitor the inventory as the targets give by Management.

Vendor Development & Audits:
• Develop new vendors for new/ongoing material and conduct periodical audits to ensure systems compliance.
Indents Management & Outsourcing:
• Do negotiations with vendors& finalize the best rates. Identify vendors for outsourcing and
complete the assigned work as per given targets.
Continual Improvement:
• Plan, design & implement innovative practices in Purchase department &improve departmental performance.
• Monitor the departmental performance& suggest changes for productivity improvement & cost control.
Coaching, motivating & developing high performing team:
• Identify training needs & conduct training programs for staff/operators to improve capability.
• Provide opportunities for growth of employees & development of potential.
• Design goals/KPI for subordinates & conduct performance appraisals. Provide feedback on performance. Coach & motivate employees for superior performance.
