Duties & Responsibilities :
1) Every Months 1st Week - Min. 40 Cold Calls
(Zoom Invitations) for PCM's Per Day.
(5 Days x 40 PCM's = 200 PCM's )
2) Every Months 2nd Week - Appoint Min.1+1 DM's
& Give Marketing & Technical Training.
(5 Days x 2 DM's = 10 DM's)
3) Every Months 3rd Week - Conduct Min.4 Seminars
& Appoint 40 SP's Per Day.
(5 Days x 40 SP's = 200 SP's)
4) Every Months 4th Week - Visit Min.4 Colleges
to meet Principal with DM's & SP's & Fix College Seminars.
(5 Days x 400 DP's = 2000 DP's )
5) Selfies & Audios of Every Zoom Invitations,
Trainings, Counseling's & Seminars are must.
6) TA / DA Expenses Soft Copy's are to be
Updated in the group Daily to State Head.
7) TA / DA Expenses Hard Copies are to be
Sent by Courier Monthly to Regd. Office.
8) Punctuality & Dress code is Must.
(Clean Shaved, Fresh Dress, Cap & Badge)
9) Daily Work Start & Work Close Selfie from
Work Site with City Details is Must.
10) Quarterly Meeting & Celebration Entry will
be Provided Only for Target Archivers.

Work Experience
Min.5 Years+
Probation Period Package (3 Months)
1) Basic Salary - 25,000/- Per Month.
2) Travel, Food & Stay Allowance @ 10k / Per Week
Monthly Promotional Incentives
1) 1000+ Promoters - 15k
2) 2000+ Promoters - 25k
Monthly Bonus Commission
2000+ Promoters - 25,000/- PM
Appointment Letter Package
1) Basic Salary - 50,000/- Per Month
