Responsibilities
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat
• Required to have good listening skills and having a clear voice without any influence from the mother tongue.
• Having excellent communication skills.
• Identify customer needs and help customers
• Analyze and report service requests (for example, existing case, file information and new service enquiries) Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.

• Update our internal databases with information about enquiries and useful discussions with customers
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints Route calls to appropriate resources if required.
• Inform customers about new services Follow up customer calls where necessary Complete call logs and reports
.• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Keep records of all conversations in our call center database. Answer incoming calls and handle customer queries Outbound and follow-up calls as required.
Requirements:
• Min 2 Yrs. Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
• Familiarity with our industry is a plus • Understanding of how CRM systems work
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Multi-tasking abilities
• Patience when handling tough cases
• Any Graduate is preferred Age criteria to be below 30-32
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
