Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.

2. Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.

3. Research prospective accounts in target markets.

4. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.

5. Technically understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on customer requirements.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that requirements are met.

7. Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.

8. Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.

9. Communicate technical or non-technical information to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner

10. Attending Customer conferences, meetings, and industry events.

11. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

12. Review of APQP timing plan.

13. Monitoring of monthly KPI with an action plan.

14. To coordinate PPAP & APQP activity with Customers.

15. To conduct CFT for PFMEA, Feasibility &OCR review.

16. To oversee strategy for both product and process definitions and implementation.

17. To review project progress and overview of the performance of all individuals in the team.

18. Risk register reviewed & action Conducted for Risk Identified to Planned.

19. Responsible for Product Safety Characteristics and Any CSR

Experience 3 - 7 Years
Salary 6 Lac To 7 Lac P.A.
Industry Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Telecaller
Qualification Higher Secondary, Secondary School, Diploma, M.B.A/PGDM
