Responsible for meeting company sales, budget and profit goals
Should target customers in construction/ RMC industries to develop and implement specific marketing strategies
Work closely with relevant departments throughout the sales process.
Detailed technical presentation and discussions with customers preparing proposals and cost estimations and quotations.
Following up with the customers for deal finalizations.
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term

Required Candidate profile:
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
Fluent in English, Hindi and regional languages (both spoken and written) for communication, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
Able to travel frequently
Experience from Construction/Cement industry will be preferred
