REPORTING: TO THE CSA (CHANNEL SALES ASSOCIATE)
• The main duties of RSM are to appoint new KUDC (KRISHI UNNATI DISCTRICT CENTER) in the area and maintain them also hiring expected staff as ASM and DM in the area.
• Maintaining revenue from the market daily team communication and follow-ups.
• Supporting sales team and achieving the goals.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Must have good communication skill with a proven track record in channel sales, ability to work with team as well as alone, self-motivated, must possess experience of at least 5 yrs in sales
Any Graduate Experience: At least 5 yrs of experience in channel sales 1 yr Experience in Team management
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organised and able to meet deadlines
