· Preparation of delivery challans as per note duly authorized, Checking Of Delivery Challans With Notes Submitted By Dispatch Section

· Preparation of invoice in tally with consultation of account department

· Acknowledgement on delivery challan & on lorry copies.

· Follow-up for acknowledgement with site supervisor/Customer etc

· Maintaining transport Excel file.

· Maintaining of party wise excel file

· Co-Coordinating with the transporter for obtaining earlier months bills.

· Co- ordination with departments like dispatch, Stores, Sites etcof invoice in tally with consultation of account department

· Acknowledgement on delivery challan & on lorry copies.

· Follow-up for acknowledgement with site supervisor/Customer etc
