�� Handling attendance system and Payroll with Accounts Department.



�� Preparation of Salary Statement.



�� Handling Contractor and his Contract Worker's Salary,



��Knowledge about EPF, LWF and ESIC.



�� Helping employees with insurance & ESIC claims.



�� Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 Activities of HR Process. (ISO & IATF Related Documents)



�� Process new employees through the company orientation program which includes company rules, regulation, culture, etc.



�� Recruited for various open positions within the company



�� Knowledge about Compile the documents and records of Trainings, Statutory and



regulatory requirements.
