Designation: New Development & Costing Asst. Manager
Reporting to: Director
Responsibilities:

1) Making documents like
a) Master copy
b) Artwork approval from party
c) Master copy approval from party
d) Performa invoice
e) Quotation
f) Cost breakup
g) BOM

2) Coordination with all supplier and customer till all product are developed and submitting the master copy
3) Finding out nonprofit item revising rate for same and getting new rate purchase order from customer.
4) Leads generations by you and your subordinate should be submitted, search report should be made.
5) Weekly Planning schedule of sales meeting should be submitted.
6) Planning for sales meeting monthly plan should be submitted.
7) Sales meeting plan of subordinate should also be submitted on weekly and monthly basis and should be tracked and report should be submitted.
8) Report submission of sales meeting.
9) Strategy planning very week.
10) Customer complain attending immediately within 24 hours and finding out solution for the same.
11) Regular follow-up with the existing clients.
12) Monthly target Vs achievement report should be presented and if failure in target achievement then YY analysis report should be submitted.
13) Subordinate target vs achievement report should be presented and if failure in target achievement then YY analysis report should be submitted.
14) Training should be provided to subordinate about all product we are dealing with.
15) Providing monthly forecast for sale party-wise to plant head and purchase manager, PPC.
16) MONTLY EXSISTING SALES COMPARITION CHART SHOULD BE MADE.
17) Meeting with existing customer once in a week.
18) Calling existing customer twice or thrice in a week.
19) Daily work done report should be submitted.
20) Payment recovery and mail to party for payment.
21) Any other work given by director.
22) Any other work given by director.
