Responsibilities and Duties
Job Roles and Responsibilities of Sales Manager/ Business Development Executives (BDE):

1. To Prepare plan, identify new customers, retain existing, ensure profitable orders, coordinate and ensure timely delivery and collections of payment, in order to achieve sales growth as per ABP by following ethical business practices, legal norms and financial budget.
2. Business Promotion: To design and execute product market strategy, identify potential, promotional activity, increase awareness, advertise, and ensure new inquiry in order to achieve sales as per ABP by adhering financial budget.
3. Profitable Sales. To receive and understand sales inquiry, ensure feasibility, receive costing, prepare, communicate, negotiate, close and document, get it approved, ensure the terms and conditions of the offer in order to achieve sales growth by adhering legal norms.
4. Coordination: To visit, receive, communicate, provide various information to internal, external departments, customer, government agencies, to prepare, submit document, get it approved, and confirm the alignment of the information in order to achieve sales as per ABP by following company norms.
5. Customer Service: To communicate, visit customers receive and share feedback, evaluate satisfaction level, identify gaps, prepare and execute action plan in order to increase customer satisfaction to achieve sales growth.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Skills and criteria to apply for Sales Manager/ Business Development Executives (BDE):
Experience: 2-3 years’ Pharma/ FMCG Sales Managerial experience required
• Knowledge: knowledge of Maharashtra Geography, communication skills, Business Development. Online/ Digital Marketing, Pharma Marketing.
• Fieldwork of at least 10 days in a month.
• Fluency in English, Computer handling is essential.
• Age: Less than 40 years
• Gender: Male/ Female
• Educational Qualifications : Minimum Graduate
