				<description>Key Responsibilities
Data Entry &amp; Bookkeeping: Recording daily transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses into accounting software.

Accounts Payable (AP): Processing incoming invoices, verifying them against purchase orders, and ensuring vendors are paid on time.

Accounts Receivable (AR): Issuing invoices to clients and following up on overdue payments to maintain cash flow.

Bank Reconciliation: Comparing the company's bank statements with the internal ledger to ensure all figures match.

Assisting in Financial Reports: Helping prepare monthly balance sheets, P&amp;L statements, and cash flow reports.

Tax Compliance: Assisting with tax filings (like GST/HST in Canada or TDS/GST in India) and keeping records organized for audit purposes.

2. Required Skills
Software Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is essential. Familiarity with QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or Sage is a major plus.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy is critical; even a small decimal error can disrupt the entire ledger.

Communication: Interacting with vendors and clients regarding payments and billing discrepancies.

Organization: Managing physical and digital files to ensure all receipts and invoices are easily accessible.</description>
