Assist in payroll preparation, leave management, and attendance tracking. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in performance appraisal processes. Prepare HR-related reports and maintain HR documentation. Support employee engagement and retention initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor��s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred). Experience: 1- 3 years in an HR role (freshers with relevant internships may be considered). Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of HR software and MS Office applications. Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Problem-solving mindset and people-centric approach.
