				<description>Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, interviewing, and coordinating with department heads.

Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.

Assist in payroll preparation, leave management, and attendance tracking.

Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Assist in performance appraisal processes.

Prepare HR-related reports and maintain HR documentation.

Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications &amp; Skills

Education: Bachelor��s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).

Experience: 1- 3 years in an HR role (freshers with relevant internships may be considered).

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of HR software and MS Office applications.

Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
