We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Field Technician to join our team in Dharashiv. The Field Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing [mention specific products/systems, e.g., internet connections, CCTV systems, water purifiers, electrical equipment, solar panels] at customer sites or designated locations. Key Responsibilities:

Installation &amp; Setup:
Perform on-site installation, configuration, and testing of [e.g., new equipment, wiring, components] according to company standards and client requirements.
Ensure proper setup and functionality of systems or devices.
Provide basic user training to clients on the operation of newly installed systems.
Maintenance &amp; Repair:
Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, faults, or malfunctions using diagnostic tools and problem-solving techniques.
Perform necessary repairs, replacements of faulty components, and adjustments to restore system functionality.
Troubleshooting &amp; Support:
Respond to service calls and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Identify the root cause of technical problems and implement effective solutions.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers, either on-site or remotely.
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or engineering teams when necessary.
Documentation &amp; Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including installations, repairs, maintenance performed, parts used, and customer interactions, using company-provided tools (e.g., mobile apps, forms).
Generate and submit daily activity reports to supervisors.
Provide feedback on recurring issues or product performance to improve service quality.
Customer Service &amp; Professionalism:
Interact with customers courteously and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided.
Explain technical issues and solutions clearly to non-technical individuals.
Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines during all field operations.
Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and carry necessary tools and spare parts.</description>
