Key Responsibilities
The Boutique Manager's primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Developing and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets and KPIs.
Analyzing sales data, inventory levels, and customer trends to make informed business decisions.
Driving a Clienteling approach to build and maintain relationships with top-tier clients.
Team Leadership and Management:
Recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
Conducting performance reviews, coaching sessions, and providing ongoing product and sales technique training.
Creating effective weekly work schedules and managing payroll for the boutique staff.
Store Operations and Administration:
Overseeing all daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and point-of-sale (POS) systems management.
Managing inventory control, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and full physical inventory checks.
Handling administrative tasks such as reporting, banking, and maintenance scheduling.
Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation:
Ensuring the store adheres to all visual merchandising standards and brand directives.
Maintaining an immaculate appearance of the sales floor, windows, and display areas to attract and engage customers.
Strategically arranging product displays to highlight new collections and promotional items.
Customer Service and Experience:
Serving as the final point of contact for resolving escalated customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Cultivating a premium, personalized shopping experience that reflects the brand's identity and values.
Qualifications and Skills
Required Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
